CLARENCE, N.Y., Jun 10, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) --Greatbatch Medical announced today that it has been selected by St. Jude
Medical as the exclusive partner for filtered feedthroughs used in
cardiac rhythm management devices.
The agreement, which becomes effective July 1, 2010, and extends through
2017, provides St. Jude Medical with dependable technology solutions in
a cost-effective manner. As part of the arrangement, the St. Jude
Medical Cardiac Rhythm Management Division awards Greatbatch Medical 100
percent share of its feedthrough and filtering business as well as 80
percent share of its implantable pulse generator MRI filtered
feedthrough demand.

place and have not been impacted by this agreement.
